Chris Moyer with NRA Conserve program gave an overview of how the Conserve program supports foodservice organics collection. Chris Newman with the U.S. EPA spoke on government assistance available. Chris Koetke with Kendall College presented on the specifics of HOW to develop an organics collection program. Holly gave a brief overview of the WHY organics collection is important and served as the session moderator.
