The Sustainable Food Court Initiative, an Ei Task Force in partnership with the National Restaurant Association, is dedicated to bringing zero waste initiatives to food court operations. Quarterly the SFCI Team hosts a call open to all interested parties to learn about the impressive progress in the Pilot program and other activities.
